FIRST IMPRESSIONS

APPEARANCE

The noncompliant, red-haired god of the desert is as disorderly and wrathful as myth suggests. To the naked eye, Set appears as a man in his early thirties, with brilliant red hair and eyes. Contrasting his Levantine origins, he is pale of skin and without blemish, scar or discernible marking; observing him for too long without pause evokes the image of boundless sands, a vaguely eldritch quality to his physical perfection and beauty that is readily tarnished by his unsavory, brash attitude and sharp tongue. He stands approximately 6'0"/184cm, of lean muscle and athletic in tone. Commonly, he wears a black shendyt, as well as gold jewelry. The red-and-black kohl around his eyes is applied by hand, rather than existing by the grace of his godhood, but the fullness of his mouth is au naturel.

PHYSICAL CHANGES

APRIL - MAY 2025
— The scent of flowers begins to radiate from him.
— The skin along his throat, shoulders and waist begins to become translucent.
— He seeks the sunlight, and becomes subdued/lethargic at night.

JUNE - JULY 2025
— The skin along his throat, shoulders and waist is completely translucent, mimicking the image of still waters below which scarlet lotus flowers are blooming. He is able to reach below his skin's surface to come into contact with the lotuses, and pluck their petals/uproot them from the depths of his body for use.
— Slender willow boughs begin to grow from the crown of his head, comingling with his hair.
— The skin of his feet begins to change into bark-entwined, the literal root of his body. This terminates around his upper thighs.

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2025
— Rather than wear his traditional clothes, he now dons "clothing" made of layers and layers of scarlet lotus petals. During the day, his foliage is lush and sun-seeking, flowing and rustling; at night, he folds into himself as though wearing tailored armor.
— Branches curve from his hair like a crown. His hair is now made of willow branches, some so thin that they look indistinguishable from normal hair.
— His limbs elongate and are able to twist and twine like seeking branches. He stands nearly 7'0" due to this phenomena. If he leans over, he's nearly indistinguishable from a willow tree.
— All of his skin except for his face is made of layered bark, root and plates of organic material.

OCTOBER 2025 - ONWARD
— Full Corruption aka Poison Ivy Phase. — His fully Shifted form resembles an Alraune.

BEHAVIORAL CHANGES

— Hard to discern, as he already had the behaviors of a fully-Corrupted Terra-type. :)
— NOTABLE: Quick to give up on others who are proving resistant, reluctant or combative against his ideas/offers > attempting to educate, encourage and elevate. Weak links will die long, long before him and he hasn't the consideration to waste time on them.
— NOTABLE: The expectation of awe, respect and reverence. At full Corruption, he does not readily overlook naked insult or resistance to his presence.

TERRA ABILITIES

— HEALING ABILITIES, his predominant Terra-type is medicinal in nature ( lotus / willow ). Coming into contact with any of his bodily fluids can heal or cause hallucinations.
— REGENERATION, coupled with his divine physiology, he can recover very, very well from damage he takes. His ability to provide from his own body ( medicinal substances ) could keep an entire hospital or two — or Patho-gen itself — in business. — PLANT MANIPULATION, he speaks to, controls and entices surrounding plant life to grow, flourish and spy for him. — LAND SENSE, when rooted into the land, he can sense his surroundings and gain an "image" of what the environment holds: dangers, hidden aspects, paths and flora/fauna, etc.
